John Gaudin has 25 years experience in the Investment Advisory business and established his own firm in 1989 called Argenta Wealth Management. His experience includes leading the advisory firm’s family, business and institutional relationships. A native of Louisiana, John received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and moved to Arkansas in 1982.  Since 2005, John has been the lead Manager of the New Argenta Fund, LLC, The Mill, LLC, and Silver City, LLC a development team resurrecting the Historic Commercial District of North Little Rock, AR.  The Argenta community of downtown North Little Rock, Arkansas has become a model in the state for New Urban planning and design.  The Argenta District Master Plan won the 2010 Achievement in Comprehensive Plan Award from the AR-Chapter American Planning Association.   Active in the community, John was a founding member of the Argenta Downtown Council and the Argenta Arts Foundation.  He has served on the boards of City year Little Rock/North Little Rock, Thea Foundation, and Art Connection, among others.  Recently, John was honored as one of Arkansas 10 Most Powerful Men in Arkansas by AY Magazine, and one of the 50 most Influential people in the state by Arkansas Times. John spends his spare time as an accomplished artist and is spearheading the development of the Argenta Arts District.

1973 to 2009- Twin City Bank, now Centennial Bank, North Little Rock, areas of responsibility included retail, lending and senior management. During this time I served as chairman for several non profit organizations.

July 2009- Executive Director for the Argenta Downtown Council (ADC), a non-profit providing a clean, green safe environment for our downtown.

January 2009 -Executive Director for the Argenta Arts Foundation (AAF) as well as the ADC. The AAF is a local Arts organization, producing art and cultural events, providing financial and marketing support to other art endeavors, advocate for art, education and economic development.
